Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
During high-volume periods or product drops, processing times may be slightly longer — thank you for your patience as a growing brand.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping options include:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery timelines begin after your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected speed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

If you have any trouble locating your tracking number, feel free to reach out to our support team.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us and we’ll work with you and the carrier to help resolve the issue.

We want you to love how you look and feel in our sports couture pieces. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

 

Return Eligibility

 

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Free of makeup, deodorant, or perfume marks

  • In original condition with tags attached

 

Returns that don’t meet these conditions may not be accepted.

 

How to Start a Return

 

Simply contact our customer service team with your order number and the items you’d like to return. We’ll send you return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.

 

Exchanges

 

Need a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange items as long as they’re in stock. Exchanges follow the same 30-day policy as returns.

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.

 

Final Sale Items

 

Certain promotional or discounted items may be marked Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This will always be clearly noted on the product page.

 

Preorders

 

Preorder items are eligible for returns and exchanges, but shipping timelines may differ based on production. Expected ship dates are listed on the product page.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right immediately.
